The problem with modern capitalism is that a small amount of people are billionaires and they get all their money from the rest of the people, us. Our average wages are regulated and small enough so that we can spend it all and keep working for money not life, it is spent on the services and the money is funneled up in a pyramid scheme.
Instead the money we earn and spend should be more equal amongst all people. In that way high quality products would cost much less and we wouldn't waste our energy making low quality, saving the environment, and the workers would be more proud of their work finding meaning in it not just working for someone else. Land and construction would cost less but people would always utilize it more efficiently. We only have so much because we are working for the billionaires, our quality of life is kept relatively low, and we keep working to get more, and this causes most of the pollution and waste and turmoil and crime and anger and struggle
