YOGA
1820, from Hindi yoga, from Sanskrit yogah, literally "union", from Proto-Indo-European base *yeug- "to join". Balance.
Where do you balance in your three dimensional existence?
In which way do you exist in your balance of three dimensions?
What is the formation of the joining of patterns of forces?
How are the combining forces joining in a pattern?

as humans we perceive the human species to be a living thing unto itself, a self contained organism, or the end result, the top of the mountain, the fruit of the tree, the extension of all the things whose purpose was to create our existence. but this is because we take for granted the world around us
it encompasses us completely with out holes or separation

we could not exist without the earth
our life is born out of the varied combination of materials and living systems that are the earth and our life continues after we are born to be the earth, we cannot separate from it.

as we consume our resources that supply our life with energy and matter to continually replace the materials of our physical existence, which is the process of life as it develops gradually, our bodies and minds will naturally serve the life of the organism in an efficient way, as the physical shape of water will serve the laws of three dimensional space and form an efficient round shape through surface tension, or electricity will naturally follow the path of least resistance, or hot and cold will naturally exchange between materials, or a mass will serve the laws of gravity.

if the purpose of the functioning of mind or body is not meaningful to the processes enough and processes cannot adapt it will destroy it's life. we are adapting ourselves and our world to an existence that does not support life because we do things for the purpose of extreme ideas or emotions rather than for our life. Our natural function of adaptation is trying to equalize the
life forces and outside forces but there is confusion at the point of subconscious and conscious decisions. the logical purpose of money vs the want for money as a purpose is an example of extreme ideas or emotions. or for reasons of chemical imbalances, emotions in our subconscious cause our conscious reasoning to be influenced by imbalanced emotion rather than for sake of what it is reasoning. trying to balance it.

if the mind or body is operating on it's own it will continue to grow according to the aspect of it's design. as the cells of the meristem build upon each other relative to each other in 3d space eventually creates the shape of the plant. The forces outside of the plant affect the shape, and the life processes either adapt to the outside forces or is impeded or destroyed by them. our minds or body can work against our life.

we are and organism unto itself, it is the earth, we are consuming resources for reasons not commanded by the natural programming of life. we are consuming resources not because we need or desire the product but for the sake of the process of consumption whatever the reason, for the reason of what money represents in our conscious and unconscious mental reasoning, and
other concepts in our conscious reasoning that are for the purpose of subconscious jumbling of messages coming from our lives natural adaption functions. we focus our conscious reasoning and perceiving functions on factors that are not relevant to the immediate life processes, our conscious perception and reasoning is like a leaf, but it falls off the tree, it is still apart of the tree but is no longer relevant to the tree's immediate life processes, it will not effect the branch, but will take a longer time to affect the tree after it decomposes and interacts with the roots.
